By registering for The Myo Approach Frameworkā„¢ Live Training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of your first payment or payment in full. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment
Participants who select the installment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments by the published due dates. Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full tuition, and all scheduled payments remain due regardless of attendance or completion of the training.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to pre-course materials and/or forfeiture of your training seat until your account is brought current.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 60 days of the live training are non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the training, any approved refund will be issued less any applicable administrative or processing fees.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests to transfer registration to a future training or substitute another participant may be considered at the sole discretion of Brooklyn Myo and are not guaranteed.
Training Changes
Brooklyn Myo reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course schedule, faculty, venue, or training format if circumstances require. Participants will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
If the training must be postponed or canceled by Brooklyn Myo, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future training or receive a refund of tuition paid. Brooklyn Myo is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
Recorded Expert Lectures
Registration includes 45 days of access to the recorded expert lecture library:
  • Access begins 30 days before the live training.
  • Access ends 15 days after the live training.
Access is provided to the registered participant only and may not be shared.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, manuals, handouts, videos, and resources are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Brooklyn Myo.
Participants may use these materials for their own professional education but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, publish, sell, or teach the materials without prior written permission.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the training are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Continuing Education
Any continuing education credits or certificates of completion will be awarded in accordance with the requirements of the applicable accrediting organization.
Limitation of Liability
The educational content provided during this training is intended for professional education only and does not replace independent clinical judgment or individualized patient care.
Brooklyn Myo and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this training.
